Returns
Thank you for shopping at Allure By Caro.
We have a 15 days return policy. If you received a defective item or wish to return your item you must contact us immediately. Item must be returned in its original condition, unused and unworn. After 15 days of receivining your purchase we unfortunately can not offer you an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be returned within 15 days of receiving it, unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the shipping splip.
To complete your Exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons different than our error will not be acepted for return or exchange; As well as any item that is returned 15 days after its delivery.
Refunds:
We do not make any refunds.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can not be Exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanged Item will be replaced for the exact same item. If the same item is not available you can exchange it for another one of the same price; Prior authorization is required. Please email us at info@allurebycaro.com

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable since it is paid to a third party provider.
